Placing orders:

• All cupcake orders are same day delivery.

• Standard cake orders must be placed 3 days in advance. 

• All character cakes/specialty/birthday cakes must be placed 3 weeks in advance. This will allow time for decorative details to be made.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due when you place your order. Order preparation will not start until the 50% deposit is paid. 

• Any changes made to a large order must have a week's notice. This must be in writing.

                                                             

                                         Allergen: 

 

• PLEASE tell us about your food allergies.Do not hesitate to ask about our ingredients. Ask, and we will email you a list of our ingredients. Please make sure your food concerns and allergies are written down. Food safety is important to us.

 

                                         Cancellation:

 

cancellations must be done a week prior to the week of the due date and must be done in writing.

 

                                           Delivery:

• Delivery is $5 when we are in your area. 

• Delivery outside of these perimeters is $10 (Proudly serving Farmington,Southfield, West Bloomfield, Bloomfield, and Novi area)

• We are not responsible for your cakes and cupcakes once it is out of our care.

 

                                             Storing:

​

• All fondant and buttercream cakes must be stored at room temperature in a covered box until ready to be served.

• All cakes that contains fruit, whipped cream, or cream cheese must be refrigerated until ready to be served.
